The hotel had great amenities, including a gorgeous swimming pool and breathtaking views from the lounge. The staff was generally friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of food options. The location was ideal for exploring the city, with many popular attractions within walking distance.

There were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. The room was dirty upon arrival, and housekeeping was slow to address our concerns.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, with luxurious amenities that fulfilled our exclusive needs. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who were always willing to help. The Spa & wellness centre was fantastic, with a great range of treatments available and a relaxing atmosphere. The indoor swimming pool, sauna and seasonal outdoor pool were also beautiful, with sun loungers and umbrellas available for guests. The location was perfect, with direct beach access and a stunning sun terrace. The restaurant was also great, offering delicious in-room breakfast and a bar/lounge area.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the air conditioning, as it was not cool enough in our room. However, this did not detract from the overall amazing experience we had at this hotel.

We had a memorable weekend birthday party thanks to the hotel staff. The room was spacious, clean, and had good amenities like a Nespresso machine. Hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and buffet restaurant, were easily accessible. The hotel is located on the beach, and the grounds were clean and well kept.

We had a pleasant Easter stay, with lovely views and a great location close to the beach. The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of delicious options to choose from, and we enjoyed having access to the on-site kids club, which was perfect for keeping our little ones entertained. The pool was also a highlight, offering lots of fun for everyone.

The poor electrical supply, which caused us some inconvenience, and the lack of fresh and tasty food at the Rice Bowl restaurant. Additionally, the lack of parking was frustrating, especially during peak times, and the check-in process was slow and disorganised, with no clear instructions on where to go or what to do.

Birthday surprise with cake and fruit basket, nice view, nice bar, good breakfast, large and clean room with amenities, well-kept grounds.

Everything was spot on.
